When you place an order for home furnishing products — whether it’s bedding, curtains, rugs, or carpets — you’re not just buying items, you’re putting your trust in the exporter.
At Grace Furnish, we believe this trust is sacred. That’s why we’ve developed a step-by-step order tracking system that keeps you informed, reassured, and confident from the moment your order is confirmed until it’s delivered to your door.

In this article, we’ll take you behind the scenes to show exactly how your order is tracked, monitored, and handled to ensure a safe, timely, and risk-free delivery.

1. Order Confirmation & Documentation

Once your order is finalized, we issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) with all agreed details — product specifications, quantities, delivery timeline, and payment terms.
Along with this, we prepare:

  • Purchase Order Confirmation (signed by both parties)

  • Export Contract (if required for large orders)

  • Payment Acknowledgment Receipt

This initial step ensures everything is documented, leaving no room for misunderstandings later.

2. Production Tracking

As soon as production begins, we assign an internal order code to your shipment.
You’ll receive:

  • Weekly progress updates with photos/videos from the manufacturing floor

  • Notifications if any customization or design approval is needed

  • Updates on dyeing, stitching, embroidery, and finishing stages

Why this matters: Buyers in the USA, UK, and Europe often face uncertainty when working with overseas suppliers. Our visual updates ensure you know your products are being made exactly as ordered.

3. Quality Inspection Updates

We follow a three-stage quality check process:

  1. Mid-production inspection – checks for weaving consistency, color accuracy, and stitching quality

  2. Final production inspection – ensures all products meet agreed specifications

  3. Pre-packaging inspection – confirms proper labeling, size accuracy, and absence of defects

We share inspection reports and photos so you can see the condition of your order before it’s even packed.

4. Packaging & Pre-Shipment Notification

Once your products pass the final inspection:

  • They are packed in export-grade packaging (moisture-resistant, tear-proof, eco-friendly options available)

  • We share photos/videos of packed goods, palletizing, and container loading (if applicable)

  • You receive the Packing List and Pre-Shipment Advice

5. Shipping & Real-Time Tracking

After customs clearance and loading, your shipment is on its way.
We provide:

  • Bill of Lading / Air Waybill copy

  • Tracking number for real-time monitoring (via shipping line or courier website)

  • ETA updates (Estimated Time of Arrival) and notifications for any transit delays

Whether your goods are shipped by sea freight, air freight, or courier, you’ll always have direct visibility of your shipment.

6. Customs Clearance at Destination

We assist by:

  • Sharing all required documents in advance (Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc.)

  • Coordinating with your customs broker or freight forwarder for smooth clearance

  • Providing guidance on duties, taxes, and HS codes

This ensures no last-minute surprises at the port or airport.

7. Final Delivery to Your Doorstep

Once cleared, your goods are dispatched for final delivery.
We keep you informed until:

  • Your order arrives

  • You confirm receipt in good condition

  • Any post-delivery assistance is provided (e.g., handling returns, replacements, or after-sales support)

Why Our Order Tracking System Builds Trust

In international trade, distance and uncertainty can cause hesitation.
Our detailed tracking process:

  • Eliminates guesswork — you always know where your order is

  • Prevents misunderstandings through documented updates

  • Gives you visual proof of product quality before shipping

  • Allows faster problem-solving if any issue arises

At Grace Furnish, we don’t just export products — we export peace of mind.
