1. Order Confirmation & Documentation
Once your order is finalized, we issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) with all agreed details — product specifications, quantities, delivery timeline, and payment terms.
Along with this, we prepare:
Purchase Order Confirmation (signed by both parties)
Export Contract (if required for large orders)
Payment Acknowledgment Receipt
This initial step ensures everything is documented, leaving no room for misunderstandings later.
2. Production Tracking
As soon as production begins, we assign an internal order code to your shipment.
You’ll receive:
Weekly progress updates with photos/videos from the manufacturing floor
Notifications if any customization or design approval is needed

4. Packaging & Pre-Shipment Notification
Once your products pass the final inspection:
They are packed in export-grade packaging (moisture-resistant, tear-proof, eco-friendly options available)
We share photos/videos of packed goods, palletizing, and container loading (if applicable)
You receive the Packing List and Pre-Shipment Advice
5. Shipping & Real-Time Tracking
After customs clearance and loading, your shipment is on its way.
We provide:
Bill of Lading / Air Waybill copy
Tracking number for real-time monitoring (via shipping line or courier website)
ETA updates (Estimated Time of Arrival) and notifications for any transit delays

6. Customs Clearance at Destination
